Welcome to the Altona Baptist Church
The pastor, Leigh Diprose, and the diaconate of the Altona Baptist Church welcome you in the name of the Saviour Jesus Christ. We are a member of both the Victorian & Australian Baptist Unions. Join us in one of our Sunday services or our Sunday School. See what we will be up to shortly. Get involved in one of our Bible studies. Join our mens & ladies groups. Your ankle-biters will love the Mums & Bubs. We have a bike group, called 'Chain Links', that rides most Saturday mornings around the western suburbs. Our Youth Group (13-18 years old) meets the 2nd and 4th Fridays evenings each month.We have a Tongan congregation that meet in our church on Sundays.

Where we can be found
We are to be found on the western side of Melbourne, the capital of Victoria, Australia --- approximately 35 minutes from the centre of Melbourne. We are located at the corner of Sargood & Blyth Streets, Altona (Google map). The church building is found approx. 1/2 way between the railway line and the sea.
